SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipping for parts ordered from OEMEURO is FREE within the continental United States unless otherwise stated!

Most items we sell are delivered within one to three days via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service.

Expedited shipping is usually but not always available at extra cost - contact us first before placing your order if you need expedited delivery. Though we will use expedited shipping methods at customer request OEMEURO does not guarantee delivery times or dates.

RETURNS INFORMATION
All returns must be preauthorized - please use the Contact Us form to send us an email if you have an item you wish to return. We will contact you with information on the method that must be used to properly process your return and any refund due.

No returns on electrical parts, parts that have been user-modified, damaged during installation, mishandled or abused or fail as a result of improper installation or use beyond their intended specifications.

Please inspect all package contents upon delivery. Claims for parts damaged duing shipment must be filed with the carrier first.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All items sold by OEMEURO carry either manufacturer warranties subject to their own terms and conditons or are warranted by OEMEURO as being free against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 60 days, whichever is longer. No warranty of applicability or suitability is expressed or implied nor is OEMEURO responsible for consequential damages or liabilities arising from the installation or use of any item we sell.

All items sold by OEMEURO are guaranteed to be in new condition unless otherwise specifically described as rebuilt, remanufactured or used.
